I’m writing a novel in which a minor character dies in a rock climbing accident, and I need some details. Thanks!

I’d say free climbing which means with no ropes.
the most dangerous way is with no ropes, blindfolded and both hands tied behind your back.
solo free climbing is as extreme as you can get.
