What is Rock Climbing and How do you explain it?

corndogtracklover asked: I am a rock climber but i am also a student in college with a million and one things going on.. I have to write an informative speech over rock climbing and i don’t have a clue where to begin. Can someone please help me out by giving my an outline to go by. Im studying for a major test and i just cant put my mind into this paper… Stressing like crazy; please help. Thanks!
