What is the top rock climbing area in Southern California?

Scythian1950 asked: Joshua Tree, Tahquitz & ******* Rock, and New Jack City are frequently cited as the “top” rock climbing destination in Southern California. Do you agree, or are there better ones? Williamson Rock, by the way, is shut down.
