The perfect shoe for rock climbing and water use?

Rose asked: I’ve been looking at shoes for rock climbing, and maybe I haven’t looked in the right pace, but I need to find a shoe that is adaptable for rock climbing and water use.
I need the tread to still be safe if I were to go from water directly to an upward climb. Where could I find those type of shoes?
